New Project!

Here's a pic of our latest project: baby-making! Today is about 10 weeks, the due date is March 24. We got to hear the heartbeat (very fast) and see the little one moving all around. 3 cm!

Old Kitchen Demolished!

Took down all the cabinets, tore up the floors, etc. Found a bunch of old, wet wood under the floor that was full of termites. Ewww!

Pot Rack!

The pot rack is the latest addition to the kitchen. The rest of these pictures are quite old, we finished the major parts of the kitchen before Thanksgiving so we could host it here. Soon to come: shelves! Also, we demolished the old kitchen now that the new kitchen is functional. Pictures to follow.

We're about 3 1/2 months into renovating our newly purchased first home. I'm going to keep a blog so we can document our progress. Maybe this way I'll feel like we're actually making some.
